Any individual acting in good faith is strongly encouraged to report any concerns for things that may be taking place within the University. These may be reported either anonymously using the Online Internal Audit Anonymous Reporting form or the Internal Audit Anonymous Reporting PDF form.
No matter which method you use to report an issue, if you want to remain anonymous, do not provide information that may reveal your identify, but provide as much detail as possible to give Internal Audit enough information to conduct an investigation into the matter.
If you use the online reporting form and are concerned about your IP address being tracked, or if you are concerned about your digital footprint, you can use any public computer connected to the internet.
