How to Submit an Internal Audit Report

Any of the issues above should be reported to Internal Audit. You can make a report in any of the following ways:

NCAA Violations Specific to division II regulations regarding student athletes and the Department of Athletics. 

Student Violations Issues over a variety of areas including regulations and the ENMU Student Code of Conduct for each campus. Portales and Ruidoso follow one student Student Code of Conduct while Roswell has their own Student Code of Conduct. These include but are not limited to: acts of dishonesty; disruption of University operation or campus demonstration; disorderly conduct/breach of peace; failure to comply; acts of aggression; sexual misconduct; harassment and stalking or invasion of privacy; theft or damage to property; hazing; possession, use or distribution of alcohol or narcotics/controlled substances; unauthorized possession or use of firearms; gang related activity, etc. For more information, contact Student Affairs at each campus:

Why report?

We are committed to maintaining the highest levels of integrity and professional ethics in transactions with ENMU and the public. Any individual acting in good faith is strongly encouraged to report any concerns for things that may be taking place within the University. These may be reported either anonymously using the Online Internal Audit Anonymous Reporting form or the Internal Audit Anonymous Reporting PDF form.

 

Reporting Anonymously

No matter which method you use to report an issue, if you want to remain anonymous, do not provide information that may reveal your identify, but provide as much detail as possible to give Internal Audit enough information to conduct an investigation into the matter.

The information you submit on the printed or online form is confidential and is sent privately to the internal auditor. Contact information is optional, but never required.

If you use the online reporting form and are concerned about your IP address being tracked, or if you are concerned about your digital footprint, you can use any public computer connected to the internet.
