• Education:  MS in Behavioral Science in Psychology; BS in Psychology with minor in Exercise Science; Developmental Psych, Sports Psych, Positive Self Talk, Nutrition, Domestic Violence/ Sexual Abuse, Healthy Relationships
• Additional Information:   May teach some classes like the Volleyball class when available
• One challenge I experienced in college was  getting enough sleep and realizing I was not getting enough sleep.
• I am a Greyhound Connection Mentor because I hope I can help some of the freshmen navigate this next life stage and better understand themselves.
