Duplicating Services

ENMU Duplicating Services is housed in COB 151. The production arm of the communication services team, duplicating services is busy year-round producing publications and making copies for University departments, faculty, staff and students. ENMU Brand Identity Guide

As part of ENMU's efforts to present a consistent, professional public image, all ENMU and department publications, including Web pages, are designed through the Office of Communication Services and printed at University Printing. Departments and offices are required to obtain prior approval for materials not designed in the Office of Communication Services. Printing materials off campus is strictly prohibited. ENMU Editorial Style Guide

When it comes to branding, verbiage is an important piece of the puzzle. Consistent messaging and formatting contributes to a successful branding effort as it unifies the message for everyone. Things like properly using the University slogan and even formatting dates and times consistently contributes to a more unified presence. You can find ENMU's Editorial Style Guide here online and if you have a question about something that is not listed in our style guide, please ask! We can clarify any rule or guideline for you and it helps us to keep our style guide current as we can address your question in the style manual to assist others who may have the same question. Please note: publications that do not comply with these University Brand and Style Guidelines or are not approved through Communication Services generally may not be printed using University funds. Printed items that do not comply with these University Brand and Style Guidelines or are not approved through Communication Services may be flagged at Duplicating Services and sent to Communication Services for approval prior to production.

 

ENMU Wordmark

All University publications are required to include the wordmark. The wordmark can be sized accordingly; however it should not be skewed out of proportion. Various wordmark file formats are available in our 'Downloads' section of the ENMU Branding portal community. If you need access to these files please contact x2154. For wordmark usage, including slogan and wordmark usage, please refer to the ENMU Brand Identity Guide.

 

Other branding or styling.

There are a wide variety of ways to present ENMU wordmarks and unfortunately all questions cannot be answered on this page.  If you have any questions regarding usage of ENMU branding or styling (e.g. photographs, novelty items, uniforms) then please refer to the ENMU Brand Identity guide and the ENMU Editorial Style guide.
